30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your sofa for a full refund—no questions asked.
Just contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return, we ask that:
- The sofa is clean, undamaged, and unmodified
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Original packaging is appreciated but not required
There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.
International Returns
If you're outside the UAE or India, returns may require customer-covered shipping.
