How It Works

1. Customize & Order: Choose your ideal configuration, fabric, and finish. Your sofa is then handcrafted with love over ~4 weeks.
2. Receive & Relax: Once delivered (within ~5 weeks from order), your 30-day trial begins. Live with it. Move it. Feel it.
3. Love it—or return it: If it’s not a perfect fit, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange pickup and refund you in full.

Return Conditions

To help us ensure reuse or recycling:

• The sofa must be in clean, damage-free condition
