Welcome to V&Y Living. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website and govern the relationship between you (the “Customer”) and V&Y Living (the “Seller”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via our website between us and consumers or businesses.
A consumer is anyone purchasing for personal use. A business customer is any legal or natural person placing an order in the course of commercial or professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 By placing an order via our website, you are submitting a binding offer.
2.2 The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation via email or when we begin preparing your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

3.1 As part of our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, you may return your V&Y Living Sofa within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
3.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vyliving.com.
3.3 Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and unmodified. Original packaging is preferred.
3.4 International returns may require the customer to cover return shipping fees.

4. Prices & Payment

4.1 All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at checkout.
4.3 We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as shown during checkout.
4.4 Prices are subject to change before the order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 V&Y Living products are handcrafted to order. Standard delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order confirmation.
5.2 We offer delivery within the UAE, India, and internationally via trusted carriers.
5.3 You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5.4 Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or logistics.

6. Retention of Title

The products remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

7.1 All products are inspected before shipment. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or transport damage, please contact us immediately.
7.2 Our products are covered under statutory warranty laws in your country of residence.
7.3 Normal wear, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

Injuries to life, body, or health

Gross negligence or willful misconduct

Breaches of essential contractual duties

In other cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For international orders, your local consumer protections may still apply.

10. Jurisdiction

If you are a business customer, the courts of the UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction.
For consumers, local courts in your country of residence may also apply based on your location.
